Campground Rules & regulations

When reserving/renting a lot at Tucker Lake RV Campground, you agree to the following rules and regulations:

 

I understand that utilities will be locked and/or disconnected and my unit removed from the lot to storage at my expense if my lot fee is delinquent. A moving fee of $200 will be charged plus the normal storage facility fees. Should I vacate the lot or fail to make timely payment, Tucker Lake Recreations reserves the right to issue the lot to another camper and hold and dispose of private property to satisfy the debt. The daily site rate applies as long as the camper is on a site.  

 

Tucker Lake Recreations reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion, to terminate this agreement at any time and remove your unit from the lot. If the conduct of the occupant or their guest(s) is dangerous to, or disruptive to others at Tucker Lake, or is in violation of the park rules and regulations, or if the appearance or condition or the unit is or lot is not maintained satisfactorily, the occupant may be asked to remove the unit from the lot and vacate the lot immediately.  Occupants will be held strictly responsible for the conduct of their agents and guests.  All agents and guests must comply with park rules and regulations.     

Tucker Lake Recreations and/or its agents are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury occurring within the park.

​Additional Rules:

  • Parking on a campsite is limited to one camper and two cars. All vehicles must display a parking pass at all times. Park on your site and do not block neighbors lots.  Additional parking is near the office. 

  • Pets including dogs and cats are welcome, but must stay on the campsite.  You must clean up after your pet.  The pet may not disturb other campers. If other campers are disturbed you will be asked to remove the pet from the premises.  Pet policy is on the Rates page.  

  • Speed Limit: 5 mph.

  • Quiet hours: 11 pm to 7 am. 

  • Car washing is not permitted on the premises.

  • Excessive use of electricity will result in an additional electrical fee. 

  • Utilities may not be shared.

  • For safety reasons, we do not allow fireworks, go carts, or mini bikes.  Golf carts are welcome,  must be driven by a licensed driver and must road ready and insured.  See additional golf cart rules.

  • Alcoholic beverages are restricted to campsites only and are not allowed off of the campsite no matter what kind of container it is in.  Disruptive, drunken behavior will result in dismissal from the park.  

  • Do not cut or damage trees or other vegetation or property. Vandalism will result in immediate termination and permanent ejection of the perpetrator and 

  • Disorderly/disruptive guests will be asked to leave with no refund.

  • No drones are allowed.

  • Campfires are permitted in grills or fire rings only.  You must clean up any burned material.

  • Dumpsters are available near the office to put household trash in

  • Music: Be respectful with your choice of music and volume. Profanity, vulgar language, and excessive volume will not be tolerated. Offenders may be evicted immediately and permanently with no refund.

  • Lake activities are additional fees. You must abide by lake rules including hours of operation.  No one is allowed at the lake after normal business hours. 

  • Parents are responsible for the actions and safety of their children.  

  •  Unattended children and young adults: Children may not be left unattended at any time. Driving age teenagers to immature young adults may not stay in the park unless a parent/guardian is present in the same unit. 

  • Only the agreement holder and paid guests may use the unit. No subletting or assignment allowed.  

  • Treat others with respect.

  • Report problems to staff/management immediately.

  • Additional rules may apply.
